R You Ready? Analyzing Kaleidoscope Pro Outputs with RStudio (Advanced)

10 am GMT | 5am EST | 10:00 UTC
Ready to get more from your Kaleidoscope Pro results? This course introduces R and RStudio as powerful tools for exploring, analyzing, and visualizing Kaleidoscope Pro outputs—whether from bat Auto-ID, clustering, or acoustic indices. Learn how to import CSV files, clean and transform data, and create compelling visualizations. Unlike spreadsheets, R workflows are fully reproducible, easily repeatable for new datasets, and simple to share with collaborators. No prior coding experience is needed—we’ll provide annotated scripts, sample data, and step-by-step guidance so you can follow along with confidence. A great next step for anyone looking to more efficiently integrate bioacoustic data into their reports or broader analyses.
